Well - I thought I had found someone that was honest & upfront. Obviously I am not a good judge of people. What I got was somone that was dishonest & cared zip about their tenants - but i guess they are working for the owner. They certainly do not convey the truth to the owner or tenant very well at all. My lease has not been renewed & I have to move out shortly so be interesting to see how this all ends.

If I could I would give them 0 stars. From a once good agency when the business was run by Tahnee and after her by Jackie, since Kaye Harvey took over, the agency has become a dodgy dealing" agency. She canceled my holiday booking during the school break at a property owned by my union to let it to someone she only knows without advertising. And I am a customer who has been renting the same property for holiday 14 years

Have rented from Kaye Harvey for over a year. In that time she has clearly demonstrated she is a lying gossiping bully. She is not professional, her paperwork is abysmal, she cuts and pastes without changing dates. She is reported to Consumer Affairs for misappropriation of funds, failing to maintain properties. She is 73 yes old, way too obese to walk and even look at the house. She talks about you to others, and I believe a truly money grubbing cow, lining her pockets without care to tenants. I breached her, she evicted me. My friend just breached her on another property, two days later she evicts her. As God is my witness this is the truth.
