The team at Peard Real Estate Scarborough have always been professional, helpful, prompt and fair. They have helped us to obtain several properties to redevelop as well as manage many of our rental properties professionally. I would highly recommend hiring Peard Real estate to sell or lease your property.

I was renting a property from this agency 3 years ago. I left a comment about their services on their FB page, which I could not find it now. To those who rated them for 5 stars, it's either you met the new team, or you're paid by James.This man is a fraud and a liar. He has 0% professionalism when it comes to customer service or real estate agent. What happened was that at the end of my lease, James was ignoring our emails and calls to request for a return in our security bond. 1 year after we moved out of the property we had enough of waiting, so we decided to send James personally with a stern but polite email requesting for our security bond back otherwise we will take this issue further to the authorities. Mint Real Estate's agent Sarah Bourke, sold us a property in North Fremantle which she stated at the viewing was NOT heritage listed. After the sale was complete it transpired that the property was heritage listed. The heritage listing has prevented our development plans which were key to us purchasing the property. We now intend to sell the property after less than 12 months of living there because we cannot develop it as intended to accommodate our family. This will result in (at least) a loss of purchase costs on a property worth over $1.0M.The Department of Consumer Protection have issued Mint Real Estate educational advise, reminding them of their obligations under the Code of Conduct per the attached letter. In correspondence to me, Mint have denied any responsibility for the error.I would encourage anyone purchasing a property to verify the heritage status independently of Mint Real Estate or any agent - particularly in a heritage area such as North Fremantle.

Madison Clairs at Pro Property Group handled the leasing of my investment properly in a very quick and professional manner. She made it a priority to find me a tenant, kept me updated the whole time, and completed the lease in a very short time, meaning the property was never sitting untenanted. I chose Mike P and Sandra D from the already great reviews seen online. I like how they work together as a team and compliments one another's skillsets. Communication was great- them, consistently checking in. They had a fair idea of market trends and gave good advice on decisions to make (without forcing or rushing the process). They're very personable and made the experience of selling, a smooth one (given the stress that could otherwise come from these things).

Over priced for very tiny two story house.

This Estate is a Peet FAILURE. They fail in many respects..poor planning, poor maintenance, poor landscaping, slow development of proposed parks and recreational areas.THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING A BLOCK IN THIS ESTATE. THERE ARE MANY MANY BETTER OPTIONS.....DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND SPEAK TO THE MANY DISGRUNTLED RESIDENTS FIRST..YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID AND AVOID THE ANXIETY AND FRUSTRATION MANY LOCALS HAVE CARRIED FOR YEARS.The foreshore development is an excellent area to run around, kick a ball, have a bbq etc and Oceans 27 is an excellent place to eat for breakfast, lunch or dinner and is run by a very likeable and enthusiastic owner called George.It's a pity the Developer has lost its way in this Estate development. It it obvious that the Developer is more concerned about its shareholders dividend remuneration than lifting the standard of the area to the promised expectations of past and present customers. They are following the steps the Banks once trod...the customer always comes second to the Shareholder...Many stage developments and remediation to fix poorly build feature walls are on the never never...In my opinion so far they have seriously failed this POTENTIAL PREMIUM ESTATE..
