I would never associate any property with this company. Rich is aptly named for it's ability to take money from any person it can. The neighbours all warned me when I moved in that they would take as much of the bond as possible. The owner of the company was highly unprofessional. Rent inspections include a two minute look through with no report. It's no wonder all of these tenants are making complaints. I have never witnessed such an unprofessional organisation in the 8 year I have rented properties. I have also never had a failed inspection or complaint in that time. You can believe the people who want your business or those who take the time to make a review to warn you. If you ever rent for them become very familiar with the rental laws and connect with consumer affairs. They will be able to advise you on all of the formal procedures you need to take if you need to go to court.

I dealt with Lisa Worsfold the Property Manager at Rich Real Estate. She was very friendly and highly professional.

Never had any problem with the agency in two year tenancy. Every request for repairs and maintenance was responded in time and dealt with ASAP. Lisa was bit strict with vacate clean and had to go back twice to clean. But I don't think that was unfair. Usually agents just charge you for cleaning and don't let you back in the house after you handover keys. Thanks for the great service you guys provided.

Very unprofessional real estate agent. when we moved out, they told us the unit was in a disgusting state and they would have to get cleaners in! they were very difficult and rude even tho we had bent over backwards to allow potential buyers thru the apartment at short notice. in the end the cleaner charged 1 hour and cost $80 so clearly it wasnt as bad as they made out hey were just being difficult. I have rented for 10 years in perth and have never come across an agent as bad as this! dont bother renting thru them at all!!!

They were always available by phone or email and sorted out any issue we had in a very timely manner. We recommend Rich Real Estate to any landlord or tenant.

I found this company very professional and accommodating. Then again I've never had trouble with any rental I've lived in.

Very unprofessional. Property manager is the owners daughter and clearly has no customer service. She was rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. Organised an appointment to view a property and she never turned up? It's no wonder they actually get tenants into the properties on their books. So glad we never went through with them. They need to get their act together and start realising without tenants they don't get paid. Will never recommend. Terrible experience.

Lisa, Rhianna and the team at Rich Realestate have been amazing! We are current tenants in our second year tenancy. Contact is always reliable and repairs and maintenance are always taken care of promptly. Great people and very pleasant to deal with. We are very happy with our property and most definately with Rich Real Estate!!
