0 star if possible for property management. Always allow rent to be late unless owners tell them to chase up. And worst is they eye gouge you for fixings and don't confirm properly before performing the fixing

Highly recommend this company if you are looking to rent a property, by far best service with a Real Estate I have had in Port & South Hedland to date!!

rented the property for 6 months, arrived to the rental that was in a dirty condition with belongings still left behind by previous owners.Ducted aircon didnt work during heat wave period, and all I get told by the property manager is how ducted aircons work"!! not impressed due to the fact of having a baby under 6 months dealing with the heat as well as us all sweating like crazy. Crawford and owners were told twice about putting split system but nothing was done not only that house had issues and only minor things were completed and not the major parts like tiles missing in bathroom that was a major hazard to power going off.Crawford Team not the best our property owner was very stuck up and rude I got to the point that i didn't want to communicate to her anymore.we are now finally got to leave the property but in shock that it has now gone up by $95 per week which is not even worth what we were originally paying.DO NOT RECCOMED CRAWFORD"

They will give bad references in order to make your moving process longer and to stick with them scum of the earth's
