Please read the reviews and be warned about this agency. Jenny and her husband in particular are extremely unethical and caused my family significant trauma, threatening blacklisting and legal action against me which was unwarranted and many inapropriate unprofessional emails. I am glad others have spoken up against them. They are not nice or ethical and lie and manipulate to the extreme.

The last 2 years with agent has been difficult, mould issues in house but constantly tried to put back on myself and partner even though we had done all that could be done by a tenant! Agent believes mould isn't a health issue even though I'm an asthmatic. Absolutely laughableGlad to be changing Real Estate agents and onto better things

The most unprofessional and unethical agents I've ever dealt with. Had to terminate management authority with this mob after only 4 months due to the significant breaches of contract and failure to follow legislation, codes of conduct and industry practice. I will not go into the details as I am pursuing this with consumer protection and REIWA. Paperwork was incomplete when handed over to me.After the management authority was cancelled, agent harassed my tenants, trying to scare them out of the property and their lease agreement. The tenants saw through the lies, and had a very revealing yarn with me.Definitely think twice about using this company.As of 16/01/19 I have been threatened with legal action over this honest review by the agent. This is still under investigation by consumer protection. Stay tuned folks.

Very unprofessional real estate company. I put an application in for a rental property (Tenant). Not only did they not even process my application (I know this because none of my references were called), I was never informed that my application was unsuccessful. I had to make contact myself to find out what was going on. In the meantime I missed out on another property that I could have applied for. An apology does not cut it in these hard times. I definitely do not recommend this company.

Highly recommend Kelly and the team at co&co was a tenant for 3 years never had any problems at all. Got my bond back too. Only moved as owner wanted the house back never any trouble x

We had the very unfortunate experience of dealing with Jenny Coleman.Very untrustworthy and unprofessional experience.would definitely recommend not to use her in any way shape or form.
