Shane and Carolyn from Perth Real Estate Centre were fantastic property managers. They were very quick to advise on and issues with the house and organised anything we needed quickly. Shane was also fantastic and very efficient when selling our house. We got more than we anticipated anticipated and his fees were very reasonable. He has many years experience and was able to advise on the best selling strategy that worked!

I have had several property managers over the years, and Shane is by far the best. He managed one of my properties and has sold two of them. What really impressed me about the way he managed my property was that he was reliable and responsive, and really knew his properties. I could always trust his judgement to solve any problems - both to the satisfaction of the tenant and also avoiding unnecessary costs for me as a landlord. For the 2 houses that he sold for me, the sale was quicker than I had hoped and both times we got a better price than I expected. I very happily recommend him to friends.
