Absolute joke of a realestate.No matter how well property is handed back, they will come up with the most ridiculous reasons and lies to not give a cent backDonna and Rachel are extremely rude and will go to some length to avoid you when following up after moving out over 6 weeks ago and still not knowing what bond you are receiving backA couple of blinds were unfortunately damaged due to a puppy and we were more than happy to pay for the damage of course but they charged us just under $800 to replace the whole house when a majority did not need replacing?We have also been charged $400 to replace 3 bushes that died due to no reticulation around the side of the property where no hose can reach. They replaced with 6 plants?They have used every bit of the bond and actually said we owe them money, I believe due to the fact that the owner has now listed the property for sale and is trying to get it to be at its absolute best for saleI highly recommend staying away from this realestate, they are extremely unprofessional from day one and does not improveWe had no clothes line or letter box, after 3 weeks they dumped a letterbox in the court yard for us to build and put in the ground and buy numbers for. There was no clothesline for the 3 years we were there.

I lease my home out in Heathridge and I have nothing but praise for Rachel, Donna and team at iSell Real Estate. They always find great tenants and retain them. Prompt with any enquiries I have or the tenant has. Do what they say they are going to do. I have been a landlord with various other properties and property managers over 20 years and I have to say that ISell is the best one I have used yet.
