We found Baston, a very good honest agent with a professional and good knowledge of the area that we brought in and they provided us with very good customer service.

I recently purchased a home through Baston & primarily dealt with Isaac. Isaac was amazing - we had a very difficult seller however, Isaac kept us informed during the entire process, did what he could to resolve some of the issues (where possible) and went out of his way to assist us during the process. For someone who hasn't worked in the industry very long - he handled the situation extremely professionally & will definitely have a successful career as an agent.Would have liked some guidance during the initial offer process as it was all done online - but otherwise they were good overall

Realestate agencies are a dime a dozen in Perth. Hard to find one with exemplary service. Baston and Co sets itself apart from the pack with their knowledge, honesty and excellent customer service. Derek and Issac were patient with my questions and indecision. When the sale process got too overwhelming and I had to pawn my husband off to them. They were equally obliging and excellent with communication. Buyers/Sellers should definitely not look to any other agencies for their sales/purchase.
