Hi Just want to share my experience with this local company. We had our property for sale with a big branded local company for 7 months, with not one offer made. Price was obviously to high, but remember we take the advise from the agent. Thats their position and expertise not mine. Withdrew the property and was little disheartened. We decided one more attempt and chose Provincial Real Estate, as Ben and his team appealed to my frustration. Property sold within 48 hours and at a price we where very pleased with.
