Anne the so called principal came out to my home for à appraisal and spent 1 hour of my time looking through everything and chatting about everything in the area and then after before she left, she didn’t give me any numbers of prices or commissions and instead said that she would be in touch in a few days! A fews passed and I thought she should have a price and a idea of a local property price ! So Again I called her and she said no I’ve been too busy and then I gave her my email address and I have never heard from her since !Like she just ghosted me and wasted a whole lot of my time and effort cleaning everything and awaiting her instead of getting someone else to do the appraisal!Very poor customer service and behaviour from a so-called agent of over 30 years as she tells me in the appraisal!Who knows what her issue is but to me it screams very weird and bad service!I would tell anyone reading this to perhaps try someone else first to avoid time wasting and disappointment!

Lisa Tam's service is exceptional during our sale process and beyond. Lisa is easy to talk to, very genuine, integral, and efficient person. We have been clients of Ray White South for three and a half years. They have managed our rental property wonderfully, after we changed managership from another agency. We could not be more satisfied. Bills were paid on time, inspections were meticulous and repairs were quickly dealt with. Legal representation had to be made in one instance which was handled professionally to everybody's satisfaction. When we decided to sell the property recently, Anne Cahill handled it expeditiously and with great skill, giving personal attention to our needs. we recommend Ray White South to every one who needs to have their property managed, they will keep it safe for you.

Very friendly and helped us find our new home event though we were all the way in Germany. Very accommodating.Lease was signed quickly, but very thorough.Car park isn't the biggest, about the only downside thing I can say :)

Alison is amazing!She went above and beyond for my best friend and I. Unfortunately we weren't able to lease with Ray White due to other circumstances, however the amount of care and help we received was excellent. Real Estate companies and agents don't always have a good reputation, however our 8 years of experience with Ray White Platinum South has always been a great experience. And that's speaking as tenants! They looked out for us, and genuinely seemed to care. We were never felt like just another number, and they were very helpful assisting us with finding another rental property when we had to move. Highly recommend both Alison and Courtney, they are both lovely and easy to deal with. They go above and beyond, and that is something that is very lacking these days in any kind of similar business.

We have rented a property for about 1 year now through Ray White Cahill. We have been more than happy with all our experiences with them. Whenever we have had any problems, they have been right there to help us.We have had many bad real estate experiences in the past. Our quarterly inspections have always been a nightmare and caused lots of anxiety. However, Courtney and Jelynda have been great property managers and have done their job competently and professionally. They have looked to be sure the property is well-cared for and properly maintained, but have not made me feel as if I was under a microscope.I would certainly recommend them for anyone looking to rent a property or anyone looking to list a property.

Unprofessional and unethical. On numerous occasions I was advised by Anne Cahill that my offer would be accepted and with the owner selling AsIs" I paid $550 to have a termite and structural inspection. After over a week of not having an answer to my offer and a series of errors including confusing my with offer with an offer from another party I was later advised another offer was accepted. I was given no opportunity to counter despite knowing I was prepared to go higher. She made no effort to compensate me for my $550 loss and denied all prior reassurances and accepted no responsibility. I will not make the same mistake twice and am avoiding anything associated with Anne and this agency.BS response from Anne. Before committing to spending $550 I asked her what are my chances of having the offer accepted? Her reply sic "Were good'". The exact same response was repeated again during a subsequent phone conversation after realising she had confused my offer with another that had arrived almost a week after my offer and prior to any end date being applied. The only part that was correct in her response is that was no suggestion that she would pay for the inspection. This came later at my request after the other offer was accepted despite her reassurances and as an opportunity for her to make amends for her actions."

We have an interesting story and perhaps should be in the newspapers. Courtney Stubber kindly promised she could rent a house for our family while we are waiting for our build to finish. Circumstances changes and the builder takes longer to finish the house, Ray White Platinium South did nothing but to send us an eviction email on Christmas Day. There starts the agony to find a solution. Fortunately builder pushed his boundaries and let us access the house so we can avoid a court hearing and move out from the rental. Nightmare hasn’t finished yet, we are now being hit with staggering water bills that we’re promised to be taken out of the bond. The bond another story, we never got anything back and not even a chance to do a second cleaning as Georgia promised we would have the chance to look at having in case things were not clean as per professionals. Courtney is just lying to us over and over and we are over this story, now out of the property we are required to pay something we are not using such as water when we have reported broken reticulation system 8 months ago plus broken oven and Ray White said that the owner refused to repair which we don’t believe is true.Please stay away from Ray White Platinum South, if you rent with them as a family you can risk being in the street no matter your financial situation, be careful with Courtney Stubber.
