Bad service, arrogant know all attitude from Rocco, so called expertThe property condition report was inaccurate and the conditions that were supposed to be on the lease were not put there.All sorts of problems made by these so-called property managementAll the alleged problems with the tenant were in fact nothing to do with the propertyThe property condition report was totally inaccurate and rightly so they complainedWould not recommend them to look after a pig pen let alone your property/houseMost of these property management companies are overrated and overpriced rip off artistsSave money and aggravation do it yourselfThere's really not much to it if you've got decent tenants.The level of stupidity is palpable the moment you meet them.

I purchased my first house a year ago with the help of Jim McConnell and was very impressed with the service provided.He has a proffesional yet friendly attitude which made me feel comfortable asking questions about the house as well as the purchasing process.He even went the extra mile to meet with me outside of hours make sure I was comfortable with house.Id highly reccomend his service to anybody looking for a property, especially those new to the market.

I'd give this agency 6 stars if I could. The staff here are probably the friendliest bunch and take great care of their clients. I've dealt with a few agencies over the years, Bursmac Realty's service is simply second to none. I'd 100% recommend to anyone looking to rent, buy or sell.

Don't let chris bursey or his property managers manage your place. I came back to my place and there was chewy stains over the whole place. P manager said it was wear and tear. They forgot to tell the tenant the pin number for the alarm. It gotten broken into twice. I got a bill 6 months after i left them from a contractor The list goes on and on. DONT DEAL WITH THIS I COMPETENT FOOLS. If u are smart notice bursey didnt reply because he knows its the truth and he doesn't want to upset me because i would demand the govt have a enquiry into rogue agents and just like the bank enquiry. The corruption was rife. To all smart investors stay awy

I Sent an inquiry on Saturday night and Chris was on the phone to me early Sunday morning very motivated. We met at the house Monday and he valued the house very reasonable and by Friday was on the market. 9 days later it was sold for full asking price. Great communication and a brilliant result could not be happier...
