Sold our house and bought a house and Mil is the agent for the property we bought. Just simply, we had a very bad experience. Finance broker, property agents (formal and present) and even air con installers all commented he was rude.Was well within my 21 days before finance approval was granted and he miscalculated and thought I was over 30 days. And kept calling myself and my finance broker everyday to hassle me for finance approval. After arguing with him over the phone and told him I’m still within my 21 days, he just said “oh right”. No apologies nothing for all the hassaling.Had formal approval and requested to let my air con installer to inspect the house to fit ducted reverse cycle (as it is winter and I have a 10month old and we need the heating) but was refused. So we had to delay the installation by 3-4weeksThe house settled and we moved in but the sold sign board was still there after 2 days, so I enquired about it. He said he has requested it as can take 72 hours for it to be picked. I left it for 4 days and enquired again at the end of the week and he had the audacity to claim I kept hassling him about it. After that he actually threatened to come find me at my work to hassle meWe used his recommended building inspector, but failed to notice a previous ceiling leak (that was picked up by a layperson)Buyers beware, every time we mention a new issue, he likes to bring up previous issues that he has fixed, like you owe him big time, when he’s really doing his job as the middle man between the buyer and seller.Avoid at all cost, very unreasonable, rude and like to shout over the phone

Mil from All Time Real Estate has been managing our property exceptionally well since 2016. He is extremely professional in his approach, explains the terms and conditions upfront and available to discuss anytime including after hours and weekends. We are living in a rented house managed by him and at the same time, he manages our property at other location. Being a tenant and the owner at the same time, I found him acting in the interest of both the owner and the tenant.

Mil has looked after our property for approximately 5 years, all that time Mil was very professional and was available 24/7, Always solving any issues in a timely and efficient manner. We sold the property last year and again Mil’s knowledge and expertise of the market was commendable. The entire process was very well managed and we were well informed at all times. There were many things very wrong with the quality of our stay. I was getting frustrated a lot throughout, but towards the end Mil was prompt with his responses and while not super professional overall, he did an alright job at managing the property and communicating with us. It also seemed like we, of all the many tenants living there, were least affected and didn't have too much to complain about in comparison. In all honesty, I think I probably wouldn't want to repeat this experience, despite the low cost.

Mil is the best real estate agent around. We have been renting via several real estate agents for the last 10 years and Mil is by far the best. We've been with him for almost 7 years now, as tenants. He's very professional and you can see he takes pride in what he does. He is very responsive and quick, also at weekends or on public holidays, you still get an answer from him, always solving any issues in a timely and efficient manner. We are now leaving the property to move overseas and he is being very helpful and making things easier for us. Mil has managed our property since we first rented it in 2009. Neither us nor the tenant has had any issues with Mil's service. Mil is professional, will take time to explain any queries or doubts, keeps us regularly updated on any maintenance required, seeks appropriate approvals and actions jobs based on those approvals. We receive regular statements and inspection reports regarding our rental property. We have never ever had to chase up or ask for this.He is very approachable and actually answers calls even after hours or on weekends and this is very rare. Most agents will not entertain calls after a certain time on weekdays and most will never take a call on weekend. We are very happy with his service and would have no issues in recommending his services.

We highly recommend Mil to anyone who is willing to either sell the property or even managing rentals.

I am the Seller of the property that the Buyer – Victor Chen has purchased. At the outset I wish to put on record that Real Estate Agent Mil was appointed by me to sell my property and look after my interest. Hence I wish to make following very clear:Buyer had prior finance pre-approval. Based on my understanding and the advise I received unconditional approval under these circumstances should never take more than 7 to 10 working days. Obviously I as Seller is anxious to know approval status if it does not come through in 2 weeks asap and not wait till the final 21 days. It is normal process for agent to be in touch with the Finance Broker or the Bank on behalf of the Seller.Buyer should be aware that the Seller cannot allow third party to enter premises for other than building and termite inspection until the property is settled. Hence I am within my rights not to allow aircon or any other people to enter the property and let alone the roof space and cover for the insurance were there to be any accidents and damage to the property.Buyer is NOT obliged to appoint any third party service providers eg Building Inspectors / Pest Inspector or Settlement Agent recommended by the Agent and is free to use his own. Hence, if there was any issue with any of these the Agent has nothing to do with it.Again the issue mentioned about sign board which had been installed on my behalf by a third party of which neither me nor the agent is responsible to physically remove other than instruct them to remove the sign. This is normally done with 48 hours of instructions being given after the property settles. However, in this instance I wish to state that the Buyer is not fit to be practising in his profession as a pharmacist who insisted that the sign be removed immediately upon settlement in spite of removalist being unwell during Covid and has been very unreasonable.Finally, the Buyer really needs to take a hard look at the process of property sale and independent third and forth party contractors (being sign removalist) involved in the transaction over which I as the Seller or the Agent have any control.Finally, I as Seller wish to state that my Selling Agent – Mil has done a wonderful and excellent job -managing my investment rental and then selling the property and infact as his duty of care towards the purchaser has got me to repair/ replace few things in the kitchen which I was objecting as the property was sold on as is basis and there was no need to attend to any of the maintenance work and not stated in Building Inspectors report which was fully comliant.
