Ron Farris Real Estate

I requested a price indication on a property from Chris Farris who did not respond. When I requested a price indication for the second time he told me he does not respond to email requests (! included) because I might be price shopping. I wonder if the seller would be happy with this. Yes Chris I need to know roughly what a property is worth before I can consider it. If that is price shopping........ so be it!!!!!

No response to emails, noone picks up phone calls. Doubting whether this business is even real.Edit (27/11/2019): After having been followed up by a representative at Ron Farris Real Estate, and after being threatened with legal action, I can infact confirm this business is real.October 21: Sent an enquiry for a property through Real Commercial's websiteOctober 30: Called the sales rep in charge of the property, left a voicemail.Week of Nov 4: Left the above review.November 14: Finally received a call from the sales rep (25 days after first online enquiry) from sales rep.November 26: Contacted by the General Manager following up on the review.

If you are looking for a reputable managing agent with integrity and wanting confidence that both yours and your tenants interests are being well looked after, then AVOID Ron Farris Real Estate and look elsewhere.Staff are not adequately trained, issues raised repeatedly are ignored. There is no accountability of staff’s and licensee actions and lack there of.The licensee Douglas Ockerby has no issue in lying to your face when meeting face to face.After numerous promises and the lack of follow up and contact coming out of this office for 7 weeks for the return of over $15000 confirms this business is not worth your business.If I could give a zero star review for this real estate business, I would.
