I had stayed in contact with Amanda for several months in regards to buying my first home and gave her key features I was after. Amanda stayed within my budget and found everything I wanted and more. She ensured any hiccups were quickly taken care of and worked extremely well with my mortgage broker and settlement agent. Couldn't recommend her enough and if I was to ever sell or buy again, would definitely be my only option!

Amanda DuryAmanda was refereed to me by a friend and is a great agent, she was straight forward with the best options available to sell my investment property for the best price. I listed my property just before covid lock downs hit, she updated me weekly with the data from the website the property was listed and any feedback from home opens. I had to withdrew my property for sale, and re tenanted the property when the market staled. Amanda kept in contact, I still wanted to sell the property to an investor who would keep my good tenant. Amanda sold the property for more than it was originally listed for covid.

Amanda is amazing,she is very positive and easy to talk to yet very driven and professionalAmanda sold my home in a really difficult time, with Covid hitting just as we went to market. She ended up with 2 offers and we were sold not long after. I would certainly recommend Amanda to sell your home.
