Cyber Real Estate has been managing our property in Perth since the start of 2019 and Grace and her team have always been extremely professional and pushed for the best results for us. Our initial consultation with Grace to assess our property was really easy, and she was extremely friendly and professional and made the process quite easy. We have had some maintenance issues over the years and Cyber Real Estate has always been on top of fixing the issues in a timely manner, and also recommending what work may not be immediately necessary.In recent years Jimmie has been our property manager and he has always strived to achieve the best results for us across many different scenarios, well beyond what we could have expected as landlords! Sheryl and Cyber Real Estate team is the world's best. I've never experienced such prompt actions taken in Australia, and whenever I contact them and lodge the claims, it was sorted out in a prompt manner. The correspondences are super quick even it does not take a day. Sadly, I am no longer a tenant of her managed property, but I would love to work with her if I buy investing properties later on. I so regret Google has only five stars.
