Lee-Ann you were, by far, the best Property Manager, I have ever had the pleasure to deal with over the years. You were always approachable and treated me, as a tenant in such a calm and respectful manner. Thank you for being one of those who treats tenants with consideration. You are a gem.

I would not recommend this company. I was optimistic about them at first as they charge more than the average company for managing a property & I was under the impression this was because they had excellent customer service and professionalism. This has not been my experience. When I have queried things, given feedback or spoken up about things that impact my property- the staff at Max Comben have been very short, abrupt & dismissive of anything I've had to say. I had tenants break the lease back in April- the staff at Max Comben have taken an incredibly long time to organise the bond, so it is still not done yet, meaning I'm out of pocket for the renewal fees I've had to pay & not yet been reimbursed for, and the prior tenants I'm sure are annoyed about the time they've had to wait for the bond to be sorted out.The staff did not complete the start of lease inspection properly- telling me a few months later that the brand new extractor fan was broken, when they had not actually checked it during the inspection. They also sent me a picture of a big brown stain on my brand new carpets & advised it would be fine & fade. When we got a carpet cleaner around to look at the stain (which only happened because I pushed for it to, and was made to feel like a massive burden for doing so), he advised it was in fact hair dye & it would need to be cut out.The staff also ordered another FOB for the property, which they specifically told me was requested by the tenants, and the tenants were happy to pay for. Max Comben group then changed their mind, and charged myself for the FOB instead, telling me I was cruel & unfair to the tenants (I lived in the property myself with my husband- we survived just fine with the 1 FOB as there is only 1 parking spot, and the gate has a code you can manually enter to get in). It was only because I pushed and threatened legal action, that the money for the FOB was returned to me.It has not been a pleasant experience at all unfortunately, so I would like to warn other people before they trust their property with this company. My experience has been: losing a lot of money due to the bond still not being sorted, unnecessary electrician bills, damage to the property that is swept under the rug, and rude, belittling & poor customer service whenever I wish to discuss anything with the people who work here. I've also tried politely raising these issues with the staff several times, but have either been ignored, told I'm over-reacting or snapped at.

Lee-Ann Ramsay has been the Senior Property Manager looking after my property for many years from the Max Comben Group (11 years) and I can’t sing enough praises for the super work she has done to assist me over the years. Nothing is too hard for her and I just know that my property is well looked after as are my tenants. It has been very reassuring having such great support as I live overseas and never have to worry about anything related to my property. Well done Lee-Ann and thank you!

Hazel was my property manager for 3 years and hands down the best property manager i've ever had. The whole experience was pleasant from inspections to maintenance, Hazel was very thorough, and prompt when i had any issue during my lease period. It was unfortunate when the property owner changed realestates, as i had a fantastic rapport with Hazel and was disappointed it ended. Hazel is a valuable asset to any company she works for and wish her all the best in the future. Cannot recommend her enough.

I've lived in Yokine for the last 4 years under the tenancy of Geraldine Wood.I don't think I've experienced a more professional, diligent and pleasant rental agent in my life!It's been an absolute delight working with her over the last 4 years - never having an issue with the house, inspections or whatever.She's fast in her responses whenever you need to contact her, extremely helpful for any problems and an absolute pleasure to deal with! Highly recommend her for anyone looking to rent!

Max Comben advised me very well on the status of the market and the best way to present the property to prospective buyers resulting in an excellent outcome for me. He negotiated the final purchase price with the buyer to meet my expectations. I strongly recommend Max for any potential seller, and I will be using Max's service again in the future.
