The worst realestate we ever had.Unprofessional owner-Loma. Never chased unpay rent from the tenant for nearly 4 months.After called and emailed many many times, we had to go to her house/office (wasn't even organised and clean place)to ask as Loma never responded. We DO NOT recommend to house owners for renting houses. Simply an awful realestate.

Please please stay as far away from this company as possible, Loma and Kara are greedy bullies and because of their doing I now have to go to court at 30weeks pregnant against them. Lomas fave saying to her new tenants is be good to me and we will have no problems" I never missed a rent payment and payed the most reputable cleaning company to do my end of lease clean only to have them tell me it wasn't good enough and gave me 3days to get the cleaner back or they would charge me which they did. They have caused me nothing but pain and stress."

We can't thank Loma enough for going out of her way to find us a rental when we had nowhere to move to. She showed concern and empathy for us (much needed at that time) and said she would contact us if something came up. We had heard that from other agents so I really didn't hold much hope BUT, true to her word, she contacted us about a week later and said she had us a place.Thankyou Loma, we will be forever grateful that you went out of your way to help and Ally, thankyou for your friendliness during inspections. You truly are an amazing team at Lomax.

Would definitely not recommend ever, she is very attentive for the first two weeks ,after that the most rude ignorant greedy lazy woman out. Took her personal problems to work with her , not very professional and over charges . Would stay away , there are lots of other good real estate agents out there who put her to shame. We sold with her but the estate agent that sold the house we were buying was much more helpful. Two weeks before settlement she told us there would be a shortfall of $5000 - she was a total joke and a waste of money could of done better myself
