We had a terrible experience with Ray White, very unethical behaviour in regards to purchasing a property.The offer had been accepted by the owners and then AFTER the offer date expired another buyer rang and put an offer in which was then accepted.We didn't even get an option to counter offer after this which again was really shocking and also not in the owners best interest as we would have put in a larger counter offer.While Paul and Katrina have been great to deal with and did their best to appease the situation, we experienced very very very unethical behaviour from another agent fro here, I would rather never work with Ray White Geraldton again.Would not recommend and have had conversations with other community members who have had similar experiences.

Brett and his team at Ray White, Geraldton were exceptional. From the moment I contact Brett, he went out of his way to provide me with the best service to find my new home, was always prompt in returning my calls and emails, and arranged for me to see at least 15 houses, many of which were listed through other real estate agencies. In addition, Brett patiently answered many questions I had, sourced the necessary information and followed through on what was required. I am very pleased to say he found my dream home and has called to make sure everything is all right. I highly recommend Brett if you are buying or selling a property.

Very poorly run agency. They were managing my property and did a terrible job particularly maintenance. The extraordinary high quotes for low cost repairs lead me to believe they were taking handouts under the table. I once had 4 smoke alarms changed in less than 12 months. I would stay clear of this mob
