Bree from Optimus Real Estate has been look after my rental property since 2016. They're very hands on in looking after both parties (tenant and landlord) and so proactive in finding the right tenant for me (not just anyone). Hence why there was hardly any vacancy period.Always giving sound advice and fantastic in keeping me up-to-date... I definitely recommend Optimus and will be using them for a very long time!

Tony Young from Optimus RE sold my place in City Beach. He achieved a far better price than originally offered, negotiated the purchase of appliances not included in the contract and dealt superbly with a very difficult (elderly!) neighbour. He thoroughly deserves his award as the best agent in this part of town.
