Jaimee managed my rental property for approx 7+ years and during this time her service was exceptional. I was essentially able to 'set and forget' about the investment while she manged it including attending to finding tenants, ad-hoc repairs etc all on my behalf. I deeply regretted giving this company our rental property to manage. Had nearly $10,000 in damage and they failed to notice the deterioration in the property. My opinion, is find someone who cares.
