Tim and his team are amazing, they really go above and beyond for their tenants. It has been so nice to rent through a real estate who genuinely care about their tenants not just the property owners.

We first met Tim when we purchased a property where he was the selling agent. From the first minute, we knew we were dealing with an honest and decent agent. Anna is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Asked if it was ok to record a walk through of a property and was promtly given attitude and refused access at the doorway! A no would of been sufficent instead of your condescension. Absolute waste of time.

I own a maintenance company and we were trying to organise access for a property through a strata manager for a Tyler and sons managed property. My staff member was abused on the phone by Anna and we were forced to put the phone down. This is not how to run a business when we were simply trying to organise access to quote on a job and giving a courtesy call.

I have known Tim, Anna and the rest of the team for a few years now;I initially met them because I bought my office in their same building, and the process went flawlessly; back then I decided to just blindly trust them, as I had (and still have) absolutely ZERO knowledge of how it all works;after that (2018), being in the same building, I have had countess opportunities get to know them better as people, and to exchange views and conversations, so I can honestly say that they all always try and do the best they can to provide top notch service to their Clients.They have been in the business for few decades now, and that is reflected in their knowledge of the market and the legislation that revolves around it which we, normal mortals"

We are extremely satisfied with their service. They are amazing team as a whole because of their unconditional support towards the tenants which is beyond the expectations. Most importantly, they were very considerate of our situation. While we understand that deadlines are important and there for a reason, some unavoidable situations just call for some flexibility with the deadline. We will never forget the kindness showed by them during a difficult situation we were going through. Definitely recommend them!

I have rented with Tyler and Sons did the last 20 years, and they have aiways been there to lend a helping hand when I needed it due to unforeseen financial issues or urgent repairs like the air conditionernot working at short notice or even over the weekends that arose over the years. I am truly saddened in that the owner of the house I've been living in had recently sold it, and therefore, Tim had to inform me with the proper notice, but has managed to extend the date 6 weeks beyond what was legally required. That fact of loosing the house is heart breaking enough but I feel like I'm loosing my extended family as well.

As a tenant I found Peter from Tyler and Sons to be incredibly diligent, helpful and responsive. As soon as we had a problem it was fixed or the owner consulted and feedback given. He was thorough and always followed through. I've rented a few properties in the past and I've dealt with many property managers, Peter's the best in the business. if I ever need to rent another property, Peter at Tyler and Sons will be my first port of call.
