We rented a property from TC Realty and were impressed with their professionalism and attention to any issues that we raised. Tom and Naomi communicated regularly and in a timely manner with regards to inspections and lease review/termination. Would highly recommend their business.

Fantastic landlord!I lived in a house for the last five years in North Perth that I rented from Tc Realestate. Tom Cooper is very efficient and friendly. Tom and his assistant Naomi are easy to contact and communicate with.Most of the time, I like to share with one other person usually family or friends. I work fifo so there have been times when I’ve been at work and my Flatmate has had problems that Tom has sorted out straight away. His assistant Naomi is absolutely lovely. They both do a good job of making sure that all parties are doing the right thing by each other. They explain clearly and in a relaxed manor what is expected and how all the details of a tenant landlord relationship works. There are no surprises. I was lucky to have a good owner that was willing to get any work done straight away as well. I would let Naomi or Tom know what needed fixing and it would be done.When I moved out recently into my own property Tom advised me that it was a good thing I was doing which put my mind at ease a bit more. He has a lot of experience in the property industry and his advice I valued.Overall a very enjoyable experience for the last 5 years. I recommend Tc Realestate for any property work. As far as agents go, these guys are great to work with as tenants. Really responsive and reasonable. I have had shocking experiences renting and this agency has been so refreshing.
