Had absolutely no issues with brown Murray while we rented through them. We personally dealt with Erica as our property manager, and all I can say is good things! She is extremely lovely, and was always very helpful and kind!

Speaking as a tenant: Jessica at Brown Murray is a friendly and polite property manager both in her written correspondence and during routine inspections. She also pays attention to detail. For example, alerting us of a possible water leak, rather than simply passing on the invoice and leaving it up to us. She also follow sup on job request promptly.We are only vacating due to finding a home of our own, otherwise, we would definitely have continued renting through Brown Murray.

Have been renting through B & M for nearly 12 months now. I have personally dealt with Ingrid and Erica and found them both to be very friendly, accommodating and understanding. The house owner has been good to us as well and we are grateful to everyone involved in taking us on and looking after us while we've been here.

Rented through Brown Murray for a year and a half. In that time 3 different agents and on several occasions were questioning where extra funds went for water, as paid water every fortnight on top of rent. Luckily had contact with owner as if had to go through realestate for things to be fixed, I’d suggest probably would still not of been addressed to this date.Lucky we are respectful renters and left the place in a perfect condition, fixed a lot of things ourselves. Left in better condition then compared to how it was handed to us.Staff however are reasonably polite upon email correspondence.

Both myself and my wife Alex have used Colin,Fiona,Karen,Jessica to manage our 3 investment properties for the past 5 years and are happy to continue using them.During the last 5 years we have had challenges with tenants but luckily with Brown & Murray handling the tenants extremely well, the matters were resolved we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to deal with straight talking agents.As all Landlords would know dealing with the public whilst carefully choosing a high quality tenants and handling them correctly, can prove to be challenging at the best of times, we have always found Brown & Murray Real Estate always deliver on their promises which is all we can ask as landlords.

My dealings with Jessica from Brown Murray has been nothing but brilliant.It has been lovely and easy renting from when.No issues with 3 monthly inspections and rent and water payments to reporting maintenance.Jessica is such an asset to them.Recently when vacating my rental she was very supportive in what steps to take.Handing the keys in was quick and easy as was the final vacate inspection which had no issues at all, I got my bond back in full. My property manager was Erica Banks for most of my tenancy and I found her to be the best property manager I have ever had, she was very friendly and very professional and a credit to Brown Murray Real Estate, if not for Erica my experience with Brown Murray would have been a bit less enjoyable.
