Joanne was a good agent, we had some really crazy times as soon as we began renting from them (baby born really prem) and Joanne brought us some nappies as a gift and was easy to deal with the whole time. When we exited the lease she was also excellent and easy to deal with regarsing tying up the loose ends.

Pauline O'Leary made our almost 2 years in one of her rentals the smoothest, most enjoyable rentals we have been in.From start to finish everything was on time, efficient and always worked around me and my partner. After enquiring, ringing (no reply’s) and following up on properties - the agent leased the property without offering inspections, yet requests applications to only be submitted upon an inspection within their bio.Previously we’ve also enquired to purchase properties, where communication has been pretty poor. Seems to be a consistent theme across their business.Potential sellers and landlords, missed opportunity on best value to be considered with this business.
