Has been a great experience for me working with KBRE over the last 10 years. Yash in particular would always go above and beyond. She would have multiple solutions for any problem at my rental property and even attended AGMs for me when I moved interstate. KBRE provide excellent property management services and are a pleasure to deal with - very responsive and reasonable. Both Judy and Yash were excellent during my 2 year tenancy at one of the apartments they managed. I cannot recommend them enough!

Yash was probably the most hostile and unreasonable real estate agent I have dealt with.She was refused to accept legitimate receipts from tenants so she could force people to use her own contractors, which burdened home owners significantly. Her unprofessional behaviour was actually shocking, even among the many property agents I have dealt with.I would never use Ken Baker for any real estate matters while Yash Harrison is there.

Yash, the property manager, is so responsive to all requests (as a tenant). Whilst she looks after her clients’ properties with their best interest in mind, she is extremely attentive to the tenant’s needs. Would highly recommend as a property manager.
