Ray White Kalgoorlie

I would like to thank Leah and her team at Ray White Kalgoorlie firstly for assisting me with a Rental during Covid times in mid 2020 when I was changing jobs and coming to Kalgoorlie. I obviously couldn’t get to town so Leah organised a video call walkthrough of the property and this made life so much easier. She sent me all the required paperwork via email to complete and email back. About 6 months later I purchased a 1BR unit in Kalgoorlie and said to Leah if I was to leave town then I would give her and Ray White Kalgoorlie first shot at Managing my property. This happened about a month ago and it’s so simple. Leah and her team have excelled in assisting me with all I’ve required and within 2 weeks of myself vacating, having professional photos taken, an exit clean etc along with setting it up as a Rental has totally eased any burden on my shoulders knowing that I’m being professionally looked after. Within 1 day of the professional photos being uploaded to the Ray White Kalgoorlie site….. my property was promptly snapped up commercially. I can’t thank Leah and her team enough for their professionalism and I highly recommend Ray White Kalgoorlie for anyone that needs anything Real Estate wise.

Leah is a great agent easy to get on with and very good at keeping you in the loop. Sold a few properties for us and always went that extra mile. The last house she sold nearly two years ago was such a bad market but was so happy that Leah managed to sell it for us. Highly recommend

Leah dealt with our rental agreement quickly and efficiently even offering to move forward our move in date to save us money on a hotel. We were getting nowhere with other local estate agents and Leah made everything so easy and stress free and has dealt with any queries we have had in a timely manner. Always polite and presents herself beautifully. I wouldn't hesitate to rent through Leah again nor if I had a property would i ever consider using anyone else in town.
