Lauren Thumwood is our property manager via My Realty Plus and has always responded in a swift and professional manner when lodging repair requests. As an example, we had a water heater break on a Thursday-evening and we were concerned that we would be left with only cold showers until the following week. We sent her an email late that evening. We were pleasantly surprised to have a Lauren lodged a job request the same night and had a tradesman fix our water heater the following morning.

I applied for a rental property with My Realty Plus and although I chose a different property my experience with Lauren was outstanding. Before I even viewed the property she was efficient in answering the queries I had, went above and beyond and was genuine in her responses. Her level of knowledge and expertise in the industry is very apparent and her effective communication was second to none. She was open to feedback and was always professional. I would be happy to rent with Lauren sometime in the future.

My agent Brian has been such a breath of fresh air. I’ve been renting for many years but it has been such a pleasure to deal with him throughout my current tenancy. Always quick to respond, kind and most importantly reasonable and logical- especially acting as the negotiator between tenants and owners I have felt heard and respected throughout all discussions and I do believe he is constantly considerate of all parties involved and communicates things well. My Realty Plus took over managing my Rental in Dianella last year.Jasmine! Being new to this company following them taking over Executive Real Estate who I had a wonderful relationship over many years, I was nervous about the transition. However, after dealing with them and particularly Lauren during a recent contract renegotiation, I am delighted with how professional and knowledgeable she is.
